December 2025 Product Update

December was focused on one core goal: giving teams faster paths from insight to action, while giving agents more visibility and ownership over their performance. Here’s what we shipped this month.

Agent Login and Personal Performance Views

Agents can now log into EmberQA themselves.

Each agent gets a dedicated view of:

  • Their QA scores over time

  • Coaching feedback tied directly to missed criteria

  • Assigned training and progress

  • Performance trends without needing a manager to export or explain reports

This gives agents clarity without adding work for QA or leadership, and helps shift QA from something that happens to agents into something they actively engage with.


Workflows

Workflows let teams automate what happens after QA insights are found.

Instead of QA ending at a score or red flag, workflows can now trigger real downstream actions like:

  • Automatically filling out internal forms

  • Updating CRM fields

  • Pushing structured data into other systems

  • Standardizing follow up steps after specific outcomes

This turns EmberQA into more than a QA tool. QA signals can now flow directly into the systems teams already use, without manual copy paste or extra admin work.

Workflows help teams move from insight to execution automatically.


Red Flag Timestamps

Red flags are now timestamped directly within calls.

Instead of re listening to full recordings, managers can jump straight to the exact moment where a risk, compliance issue, or agent slip-up occurred.

This dramatically reduces review time and makes red flags far more actionable.


Post Call Tagging

Interactions can now be automatically tagged by AI as soon as they end.

EmberQA identifies and categorizes what actually happened on the call, with tags like: appointment booked, lead disqualified, price objection, etc.

Automatic post call tagging adds immediate context to QA results and makes it easier to spot patterns across thousands of interactions without extra work from agents or managers.


Customizable Dashboards with Metadata Visibility

Our main dashboard is now easier to tailor to how your team actually works.

You can customize which metrics and views appear, and see important call metadata directly on the dashboard without opening individual interactions. This makes it faster to understand what is happening across the team at a glance, while reducing the need to click through multiple screens.

The result is a dashboard that highlights what matters most, instead of overwhelming teams with noise.


Directly Invite Users

User management is now faster and simpler.

Admins can invite users (other admins or agents!) directly from the dashboard, making onboarding new managers, QA leads, or agents easier without jumping between tools or settings.
